Alabama’s Sloss Music & Arts Festival Announces 2016 Lineup

After a successful inaugural year in 2015, Slossfest returns to Birmingham, AL this summer on July 16-17, 2016. Produced by AC Entertainment (Bonnaroo/Forecastle) and Red Mountain Entertainment (Bayfest/Beale St. Music Festival), the 2-day festival will take place at Sloss Furnace, offering a backdrop that features the same iron furnace that helped develop the city over 100 years ago.

Headlining Sloss Music & Arts Festival 2016 will be Ryan Adams, Death Cab For Cutie, Ray Lamontagne + Friends, and The Flaming Lips.

Other highlights on this year’s lineup include Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, The Arcs, Grouplove, Fitz & The Tantrums, Glass Animals, Dr. Dog, Shovels & Rope, Sylvan Esso, Ghostland Observatory, Anderson East, Hudson Mohawke, Washed Out, Danny Brown, The Joy Formidable, and tons more.

Tickets will go on sale this Friday, March 4th at 11AM EST and can be purchased on the festival website here. Four levels of GA passes will be available, starting at only $115 and up to $150 if purchased at the festival, as well as VIP and Iron Passes.
