The beehive’s biggest fears have come true today after Coachella organizers have announced that Beyoncé has decided to cancel her 2017 headlining performance.
In a statement posted to social media, the festival stated that the decision was made in accordance with her doctors orders. Incase you’ve been living on another planet lately, the singer recently revealed she and husband Jay-Z are pregnant with twins.
Goldenvoice, the promoters behind Coachella, did however confirm that Beyoncé will be headlining the 2018 edition of the festival.
No information has been announced at this time regarding a potential replacement for the singer. Coachella takes place over two weekends April 14-16 and 21-23 in Indio, CA. Read Coachella’s full official statement below.
