New York’s Panorama Festival Announces Its Inaugural 2016 Lineup

After much anticipation, Goldenvoice and The Verge are proud to present their inaugural 2016 lineup of Panorama Festival. The festival will take place over three days at Randall’s Island Park on July 22nd – July 24th. The festival takes its name from the Panorama of the City of New York, a nearly 10,000 square foot to scale model of the city located in the Queens Museum. Each person that buys a ticket to the festival will receive a pass for free admission to the Queens Museum to view the Panorama exhibit as well as the rest of the museum.

Headlining this year’s festival will be Arcade Fire, Kendrick Lamar, and LCD Soundsystem.

Other notable acts on this year’s bill include Alabama Shakes, Major Lazer, The National, Sufjan Stevens, FKA Twigs, Silversun Pickups, Sia, A$AP Rocky, Kurt Vile & The Violators, Run The Jewels, Grace Potter, Flosstradamus, Blood Orange, Foals, Schoolboy Q, and more.

Panorama, The Verge and Milk will also host a private event on Thursday night before the festival to join leaders and icons from the technology, music, art and fashion spaces.  This gathering will create a platform for the growth of ideas and explore how these disciplines interconnect in New York City.

Passes go on sale this Friday, March 4th at 12PM EST.  3-day general admission passes will be available for $369 and 3-day VIP passes for $769.  Transportation and layaway options will also be available. As always for more info, check out Panorama Festival on their Facebook, and Twitter pages for more details as they come. See the full 2016 lineup below.
