South Carolina’s Inaugural High Water Festival Announces 2017 Lineup

The talented minds at AC Entertainment, the same folks behind Bonnaroo, Forecastle, and Slossfest, are back at it again with a brand new festival experience in 2017. The 2-day High Water Music Festival will take place April 22-23 at Riverfront Park in North Charleston, SC and feature over 20 musical acts across two stages along with curated dining experiences and local craft beers and cocktails.

Curated by folk duo Shovels & Rope in conjunction with Dogwood Artist Management, the new festival will feature headlining performances from The Avett Brothers and The Shins. Other exciting notables on the 2017 lineup include Shovels & Rope, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Nigh Sweats, Dawes, Jump Little Children, Lucius, Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires, Deer Tick, JD McPherson, Margo Price, The Suffers, John Moreland, Julien Baker, and more.

“This festival is a chance for us to have some fun and show people a good time in our own backyard, while also supporting the local businesses and non-profits in our community”, says Shovels & Rope.

Weekend passes will go on sale this Friday, November 18 at 10:00AM EST and can be purchased on the festival website here. Be sure to follow the festival on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram so you don’t miss out on any future news or announcements. See the full 2017 High Water Festival lineup below.
